Do you allow returns?We offer a 30 day return policy on all items in our shop (excludes professional photography packages and prints). Items must be returned in new condition and original packaging.

Do you accept custom requests?Yes! We offer custom posters and greeting cards. For posters, choose the custom option in our list of posters. If you have a unique request, we would love to collaborate to bring your vision to life. Simply send us a request form here and we will be in touch!

What is your turn around time?We ask that you allow 7-10 days for our team to process your request. Most orders will be processed much sooner, but certain circumstances will warrant the full timeframe. If you need an expedited order, please reach out to us and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

Do you offer free shipping?Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $49!

How do I book a Session?Click the Business Services tab in the top menu bar. Choose a Service from the Services page. Click to book your session and reserve an appointment time. We will reach out to you to discuss next steps once you have a booked a timeslot and paid the deposit.

How far out can I book a session?As soon as three days and as far out as 90 days. You can view availability in the Booking Calendar through the Services page.

How long is a session?Session times vary dependent upon many factors. Each session has a standard timeframe, however, if you have a special request, we can customize any service for you.

Do you require a deposit?Yes. A $50-$100 deposit is required to book a session. Please view our cancellation policy here.

I'm interested in a Brand Session, but have no idea what to do. Do you offer tips and suggestions?Absolutely! Once your session is scheduled, we will book a virtual meeting to discuss next steps including but not limited to tips to prepare for your session, outfit suggestions, and taking the to learn about your style and specific goals for our collaboration.

I'm interested in Professional Headshots. What type of headshots do you shoot?We specialize in non-traditional, modern headshots. Our clients are entrepreneurs & business professionals, corporate teams, models, film industry professionals, and pageant contestants.

What is your cancellation policy?For Booking: A non-refundable $50 or $100 deposit is required to secure your session. The remaining balance is due at the time of your photo shoot. In the event that you need to reschedule, we do request that any changes to your session time be made no later than 48 hours prior to your session. In this event, the $50 deposit will be credited towards your new session date/time. If changes are made within the 48 hour window, the deposit will be forfeited. You will not be required to make a second deposit in order to reschedule as long as you choose your reschedule date at the time of cancellation. The full amount of the session will be due upon arrival for your session. Weather Delays/Office Reschedules: There is no fee for delays due to weather. If the photographer has to reschedule for any reason other than weather or Act of God, a $25 credit will be applied to your final balance.
